These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ProTrader (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, ticking the agreement box, or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Risk Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. What ProTrader is — and is not
ProTrader is an educational membership platform for retail traders. We provide courses, market analysis, trade ideas, analytical tools, and community features. ProTrader is not a broker, bank, exchange, fund, money manager, or licensed financial adviser, and does not hold, receive, or manage client money. We do not execute trades for you and have no ability to place trades on your account.
2. Educational content only — never financial advice
Everything on ProTrader — courses, signals, trade ideas, indicators, scanners, the PT Coach / AI output, analytics, and community discussion — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, not a personal recommendation, and not a solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Nothing we publish takes account of your personal circumstances, objectives, or financial situation. You are solely responsible for every trading decision you make, and you should obtain independent professional advice before trading.
3. Risk warning
Trading leveraged products (including FX, CFDs, indices, commodities, and crypto) carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital, and with leverage you may lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, back-tests, win rates, and hypothetical results are not reliable indicators of future results. Read our full Risk Disclosure before depositing or trading.
4. No guarantee of results
We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any content, signal, idea, tool, or strategy will be profitable, accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations. Any reliance you place on the Platform is strictly at your own risk.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity, and be legally permitted to trade leveraged products in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Platform if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any country subject to applicable sanctions or where our services are restricted or unlawful. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.
6. Broker relationship & how we are compensated
Membership and member status are linked to a trading account you open and fund with a partner broker under ProTrader’s Introducing-Broker (IB) referral. We may receive introducing-broker commissions or rebates from the partner broker in connection with your account. This is a separate commercial relationship between you and the broker; the broker — not ProTrader — provides execution, custody of funds, and is responsible for its own services and regulatory obligations. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, solvency, or conduct of any broker.
7. Your account & security
Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and do not share your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Where you provide a read-only (“investor”) password to display account data, you confirm you are entitled to do so; we use it to read account data only and cannot place trades with it. Notify us immediately at support@myprotrader.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) copy, resell, redistribute, publish, or share Platform content, signals, or tools outside your personal use; (b) scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its data; (c) misuse, disrupt, or overload our systems; (d) use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes; or (e) impersonate others or harass members in the community. We may remove content and restrict accounts that breach these rules.
9. Intellectual property
All Platform content, software, indicators, branding, and materials are owned by ProTrader or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own educational use while your membership is active. No other rights are granted.
10. Third-party services
The Platform integrates third-party services (for example brokers, account-sync providers, charting providers, and messaging platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, accuracy, or their terms, which you use at your own risk and subject to their own agreements.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement — to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that market data is accurate or current.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProTrader, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us for Platform access in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProTrader and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your trading activity, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if your partner-broker account is closed. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) continue to apply.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ProTrader’s operating entity is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute — unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform evolves. Material changes will be notified by email or on the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
